Heaven's Calamity

There is a city in the center of the Kyushu Continent called Kuktien City. There is a tower in the middle of the city. The tower has ninety-nine floors, and each floor is engraved with densely packed mottos of heavenly rules. For thousands of years, all practitioners in the world have taken it as a lifelong honor to climb to the top of that tower, because according to legend, those who climb to the top can see the decree from heaven with their own eyes, and then be given a "fate". Fate is invisible and intangible, but it actually binds everyone's life - if your destiny is water, then your life will be rolling in rivers, lakes and seas; if your destiny is earth, then you must take root and grow on the ground, and never dream of touching the stars. No one has seen what the Way of Heaven looks like, but everyone is worshiping it. Generation after generation of monks knelt in front of the heavenly rules, turning every law into a burning mark in their hearts. Even in their sleep, they murmured the admonition passed down from generation to generation: "The heavenly rules are orderly, the destiny is constant, we are born as spirits, bow our heads and respect heaven." This kind of belief has grown up one after another. They have been told from the first day they entered the world that all the great roads in this world are hidden in the fragments of laws given by heaven. You can only understand it, rely on it, and obey it, but there is absolutely no way to change it.
