"If I Can Still See You" tells a youth love story that took place in Beijing in 2026, but what it really wants to tell is not that "a person dies and leaves his eyes to his lover", but that two young people slowly learn how to truly "see" a person in a limited time - see his happiness, fear, and secrets, and also see the choice he has as an independent person.
