A Magical Empire That Begins in a Madhouse

When Otto woke up, his left hand was tied with a chain, his head was shaved, and the people next door were being dragged away. This is a small town madhouse. He couldn't understand the words here, and he didn't know who this body was. He only understood one thing: if he said a wrong word, he would be the next one to be dragged away. There is something hidden under the straw. Everything in the room was cold except it. At the other end of the city, a blue crystal as big as a house hung in the air, with chimneys standing underneath. There is magic in this world, but the magic is not in the hands of the wizard. It is in the furnace, the chimney, and under the blacksmith's hammer. Some people burned a city down with it, and some were locked into this hut because of it. A madman who can't even speak the local dialect has to start with an iron chain.
