I Inherited a House, So Why Won't My Gorgeous Tenants Move Out?

After being laid off, Chen Mo thought he was about to face another life of working nine to six.

Then he unexpectedly learned that his grandfather had passed away and left him the apartment building he had managed for years.

Chen Mo simply packed his bags, went back to become a landlord, and decided to lie flat.

He also got bound to an [Ideal Apartment System].

At first, he thought his job would be nothing more than collecting rent and occasionally helping tenants with their problems.

That was until his relationships with the female tenants living there gradually started to feel a little... unusual.

A young, beautiful college student knocks on his door in the middle of the night.

"Landlord, my air conditioner is broken. Can I sleep at your place tonight?"

The beautiful lawyer, normally strict about boundaries, takes the spare key and puts it directly in his hand.

"I don't let just anyone in, but you... you can come in."

A beautiful, mature woman returns from a social engagement, tipsy as she leans against the doorway.

"You're still waiting for your big sister to come back this late? Don't tell me you were worried about me."

Even the streamer who keeps such odd hours starts teasing him in front of hundreds of thousands of fans.

"Stop asking, everyone. The landlord doesn't have a girlfriend... at least, not right now."

Then one day, the apartment was finally preparing to welcome a new tenant.

Four women were helping tidy up a room when the doorbell suddenly rang.

Chen Mo went to open the door.

Standing outside was his first love, whom he hadn't seen in years.
