Urban Embers

A sudden heavy rain caused urban flooding. Floods surrounded the main urban area. Roads were washed out, water and electricity were cut off, and communications were intermittent. There are no monsters, the real crisis is human nature, lack of supplies, collapse of order, and survival choices. Regardless of the strict distinction between male and female characters, the story is narrated from multiple perspectives, showing the struggles, kindness and selfishness of ordinary people in disasters.
