Mystery Revival: Assimilating Everything

Chen Ji drives a Ghost Assimilator. When a mindless ghost assimilates a conscious person, Chen Ji becomes a conscious ghost. As the ghosts from horror movies and urban legends, like the Midnight Bell, Toilet Hanako, and the Pencil Spirit, all become real rule-bound specters and descend upon a world gripped by supernatural resurgence, Chen Ji has this to say: “Something is wrong with this world. Then again, something is wrong with me, too.” The protagonist's main path of growth is to keep assimilating ghosts and increase his own level of terror.
