Outside Regulations

Human civilization is lingering in the interstellar apocalypse. The three people of the first generation saved half of humanity with the iron-blooded regulations, which also led to the destruction of the second-generation five-man team. During a mission, the regulations required "sacrificing one person and saving four people." Ye Chi, the star flame blaster, became the only sacrifice. The college declared the pilot a failure.
