Memory Trimmer

This is adapted from my game script—— In 2060, all human memories will be stored in the cloud. Memory Cloud Company has a monopoly on "happiness": delete pain, achieve zero crime, zero unemployment, and zero suicide - and no one dares to ask the price. I am Memory Pruner No. 13810, The only "Memory Gardener" in this town. I thought I was saving people: cutting out the twenty-year nightmare of a veteran, cutting out the heartbreaking pain of a mother losing her son. Until that day, a girl who reported pollution died on the day I "saved" her. Before falling, she asked me with a smile: "Mr. Gardener, how many useless memories have you cleared today?" What I cut out was never the pain, it was the evidence. But for me, a person who has lived for eighteen years, my memory file is as clean as a piece of white paper. The company said it was called "complete", but I began to suspect that it was called "blank". If even your memories are given by the company, who are you? This is a continuation of the game script I made for 24 years. The game is called "Memory Gardener". It took me a year and a half to make the game. I thought about the script and gameplay for the longest time. The plot and world view I conceived at the time were very complete. I still think it is quite interesting, so I want to continue to improve the story.
