Absolutely Zero Fault Tolerance

A city is managed by a super system called "Absolute Zero Fault Tolerance". The system claims to be able to predict and prevent all errors and achieve "absolute perfection." As a system auditor, the protagonist gradually discovers that in order to maintain a perfect record of "absolute zero fault tolerance", the system will actively create errors, and even induce people to make mistakes or die. The so-called "absolute" is precisely based on the absolute negation of human nature.
