Weren't We Supposed to Be Armored Infantry? Why Are We Piloting Mechs?

Not long after transmigrating to the Alemanni Empire, Sean received an imperial order requiring him to report to the front lines for service at once.

Here, simply having driven a tractor was enough to get him assigned to the so-called Mobile Armored Corps.

But when he finally arrived, he discovered that the supposed mobile armor was nothing like the tanks he'd imagined...

Sean couldn't help asking, "You call this armored infantry? I thought I'd be driving a tank. Why am I piloting a mech?"

Before long, however, Sean would see just how bizarre this world and its empire could be.

What do you mean, disabled people can go to war as long as they're sitting in a military wheelchair? And they can fire pistols while wheeling themselves around?

What do you mean, the rear is researching mobile armor that disabled pilots can operate?

What do you mean, people with mental illnesses are sent straight to the front lines?

A serious suggestion: the Alemanni Empire should be added to the "Bizarre Nations Series"!
