Before the Seventh Tide

In 2050, global sea levels will rise regularly every year, which scientists call "big tides." Marine biologist Lin Shen discovered that the rise and fall of tides is not a natural phenomenon, but the "breathing" of something sleeping deep under the sea. The government keeps it secret, but extreme environmental groups regard it as a miracle. Before the arrival of the seventh tide, Lin Shen must make a choice between the state machine and fanatical believers - whether to reveal the truth and plunge mankind into panic, or to personally press the switch that may awaken "it".
