King's Dream

Thousands of years ago, the Dragon God was defeated and his descendants were sealed into the undersea continent by the gods. The world called it - Sleeping Land. From now on, I only sing in lullabies: There is a king under the sea, and he sleeps for thousands of years. Finch Marlowe, an eleven-year-old orphan from the wharf, retrieved a warm scale from a rocky beach at low tide. In that area, the seagulls in the sky were silent at the same time; three days later, the silver star pendant, a sacred object patrolled by the church, quietly deflected half a circle for it. The lampkeeper said that the ancient king who had been sleeping for thousands of years under the deep sea just wanted to use his eyes to see the spring on the land again. So the orphan became an apprentice, and the apprentice became a traveler. He walked through the high walls of the White Tower, the wars in the four realms, the divisions of the church and the chess games of the kings, until the sunken continent finally emerged from the sea. The gods hold lamps for thousands of years, and the king sleeps for thousands of years. When the green light rises to the surface of the sea again, the last king of the new era will open his eyes and knock on the door of dawn.
