My Ex's Older Brother Has Been Plotting to Marry Me

[Marriage first, love later + secretly planned for a long time + both leads are devoted to each other + older, guiding male lead + the second male lead's long road to winning her back] Two weeks after returning to the country, her scumbag ex showed up and asked her to be his secret mistress. She raised her hand and slapped him across the face. He left her with a threat, and she had thoroughly offended the second son of the wealthy Xiao family. That night, she was lured to the office of the Xiao family's head under the pretense of discussing a business partnership. The cool, noble man asked her, "Would you be willing to marry me?" She nodded and gave in. The head of the Xiao family kept his distance from women and led a quiet, ascetic life. She, too, remembered the terms of their agreement, always maintaining boundaries and holding fast to her principles. When her ex harassed her, he put an arm around her shoulder. "She's my wife." But once her ex was gone, he lowered his hand again, polite and distant. She thought their marriage was simply a matter of each getting what they wanted, with no interference in the other's life. But then Xiao Peishi pushed open the door, held her close, and kissed her until she could hardly breathe, his lips wandering inch by inch. She stopped him. "Mr. Xiao, we're only married in name. There's no need to consummate the marriage." He silenced Zhao Yicheng with a kiss. "This is just a little punishment." A punishment for failing to recognize me all these years. He had all the patience in the world. He would make her fall for him step by step, until she loved him of her own free will.
