The Ancient God Parasite

The Celestials dwell high in the heavens, ruling the four seas by ironclad laws. Immortal towers govern the land, dragon palaces rule the ocean, and all living beings struggle to survive within the framework of the Celestial Register.

When Fang Chang woke, he found himself trapped in a collapsed mine. Beside him, sworn brothers fought over the water that might save their lives. Above them loomed the Celestials' judgment, hanging over all living beings.

Relying on the sharpness and ruthlessness he had acquired in his previous life, he entered an immortal tower and became the most unruly pawn in the Celestials' order.

But the true undercurrents were not confined to the immortal tower. There, the highest goal was to become a Celestial. In the depths of the boundless Sea of Mind, however, a legend told of becoming a god through the flow of the mind, alongside unorthodox paths parasitized by ancient gods... And through one clash after another, Fang Chang himself began to suspect that he might not be a body-snatcher at all, but another soul slumbering within this body, not yet awakened.

When the question of who I am loses every answer, Fang Chang must find the one and only self within him, caught between being manufactured and awakening on his own.

This is the story of a mine slave's rise and his search for his true self.
