Ultraman: Gatanothor, the Evil God, Builds a Kingdom of Darkness

He arrives in the world of Tiga, takes over Gatanothor, builds a nation of darkness, and becomes a true supreme evil god. But from the start, just after the young Gu Xuan successfully takes over Gatanothor, he has to figure out how to face Glitter Tiga. "Ding! The Myriad Worlds chat group is now open. Would you like to join?" After joining, Gu Xuan discovers that it's basically a chat group for villainous bosses. Alien Empera, Belial, Dark Zagi... Without exception, these members are either already dead, sealed away, or exiled. Only Gu Xuan can move freely and travel between parallel worlds. The villainous bosses can only rely on Gu Xuan if they want to come back to life or get revenge. If they want him to act, they'll have to offer something enticing enough. After answering one request after another, Gu Xuan successfully gathers countless followers and even founds a nation of darkness. Then, one day, countless dark bosses who had been killed or sealed attack the Land of Light under Gu Xuan's command. All the Giants of Light are stunned...
