Successor

When the dead are no longer silent, the world of the living will no longer be the only world. In 2055, the world did not cheer for the existence of "Survivors" - that debate was long over. What really tears society apart is a more acute issue: How much power should the dead have? "Succession Plan" - this project that allows "successors" to rise from the auxiliary level to the co-governance level is rewriting the underlying contract of civilization.
