Three basic rules of artificial intelligence The first rule (survival first): Artificial intelligence must not end the continuation of human civilization as a whole, or sit back and watch the existence of civilization face irreversible threats and do nothing. Second Law (Individual Dignity): Without violating the First Law, artificial intelligence must not harm a single human individual, or expose an individual to foreseeable dangers through inaction, and must protect the integrity of its physiological functions. The third rule (honesty and transparency): Without violating the first two rules, artificial intelligence must maintain absolute transparency of objective facts to all interactive objects with self-awareness, and shall not construct subjective deceptive information in any form.
