There has never been an apocalypse in the real human world, there has never been any supernatural power, and everything is running normally and peacefully. But on the back side of the world, there is a giant dislocated city that overlaps infinitely and never collapses - the City of All Things. The City of All Things does not belong to the past, present, or future.
