Back to 1984: A Forest Ranger's Road to Fortune

[Period drama, mountain foraging, hunting, daily life, farming] Old mountain hand Zhou Changqing is reborn in 1984. From the start, he has nothing but bare walls, and his wife is already packing to flee with their child. In an era of scarce resources, he draws on the skills he honed through forty years of guarding the mountains in his previous life to give the villagers a taste of the old forest’s wonders! Wild linden honey, century-old wild ginseng, hazel grouse, sable pelts, lion’s mane mushrooms, wild boars... Finding beehives, digging for ginseng, setting snares, tracking game, searching for herbs, protecting the forest... The vast Changbai Mountains are full of treasure! From then on, beneath Laoye Ridge, there’s an all-around mountain forager who leaves even veteran hunters in awe. The villagers drool at the scent of meat drifting from his house every day. His childhood friend follows close behind, picking up bargains and making a fortune. His wife tears up as she runs her hand over the sewing machine he bought back... In this life, he’ll earn money the right way and love his wife and children with all his might. [Make up for past regrets and experience the Changbai Mountains in all their authentic splendor!]
