I Refused Heaven’s Amnesty and Made Off with the Third Holy Mother

Bai Xuan transmigrates to the Three Realms on the eve of the Journey to the West and becomes a white fox at the foot of Mount Hua. He obtains the Black Myth Spirit Essence System, but it requires five years of human incense offerings to activate. So he has no choice but to stay beside the Temple of the Three Holy Mothers on Mount Hua and slowly gather incense offerings. During those five years, a stunning young woman keeps coming to the temple to cuddle and pet him. At last, the five years are up. He successfully activates the System, leaves Mount Hua, and begins his journey of cultivation… Many years later, Bai Xuan attains the Great Luo Dao Fruit, prompting the Celestial Court to send someone to recruit him. But Bai Xuan discovers that the person sent to recruit him is the very girl who used to hold him and bury her face in his fur. Her name is Yang Chan. Bai Xuan looks at the young woman before him. “I’m not joining the Celestial Court, but I’ll keep this Three Holy Mother right here.” Yang Chan watches Bai Xuan stride toward her. “Bai Xuan! What are you doing? I used to hold you, you know…” Bai Xuan smiles at her. “In that case, it’s my turn to hold you now…”
