Investiture of the Gods: The Human King Rewrites the Investiture List, and His Entire Nation Ascends

Fire rises at Lutai, and the Great Shang is on the verge of falling. Jiang Ziya holds the God-Beating Whip, Ji Fa leads a million-strong allied army, and the immortals of the Chan Sect lay siege to Zhaoge. They leave Di Xin just one final path: burn himself to death in atonement, then enter the Investiture List after death and become the Heavenly Joy Star. When Di Xin awakens, he laughs on the spot. “I am the King of Men. Since when does Heaven get to decide my divine title after death?” The blood of the King of Men falls, and the Investiture List slips from Jiang Ziya's control! Erase Di Xin's name. Shatter the Heavenly Joy Star's place. Rewrite the rules of deification. “No human of our race may be forcibly deified without their consent!” Thus, Wen Zhong, already on the list, rejects his position as a Thunder Department deity and returns to Zhaoge. Nezha smashes the control seal Taiyi Zhenren left inside him and regains his flesh and blood. Yang Jian severs the chains of the Heavenly Law and joins the Human Way. Huang Feihu's entire family is resurrected. They first destroy Xiqi, then demand that Di Xin repay his old debt. At the same time, The Martial Canon of the Human Way spreads across the land. Ordinary people open their meridians, soldiers temper their bones, and armies gather the Human Way's Dharma Forms. When a million ordinary humans raise their fists together, even the Heaven-Overturning Seal is smashed to pieces! Only then do the sages realize: They wanted three hundred and sixty-five righteous gods who would obey Heaven. But Di Xin intends to make every human a dragon! As Di Xin leads a hundred million martial artists out of Zhaoge, Primordial Heavenly Lord thunders with rage: “Di Xin, you have dared to change the rules of deification. Do you want the three realms plunged into chaos?” Di Xin replies, “Who told you only sages have the right to make the rules?” This time, humanity will no longer pray to Heaven for protection. They will storm the Thirty-Three Heavens themselves and demand an answer from all the immortals and gods above. “Since when did you get to decide the fate of humanity?”
