Prisoners of the Galaxy

In 2468 AD, there were only two million humans left and they were exiled to Mars. Two hundred years ago, with the birth of the first silicon-based consciousness, the cycle of death seemed to be broken, and Pandora's Box was opened. When humans transformed into silicon-based life forms and gained immortality, they also stood on the opposite side of humanity. "Upload your consciousness and live forever for free." A scam began. Seven billion people walked into the scanning cabin, but what they got was eternal life without a body, no freedom, and even no qualification to wake up. They were imprisoned in a public server and exchanged labor for energy and brief awakening. When engineer Gu Cheng spelled out the truth from the scrapped machine, the scam was completely torn apart, and the war between humans and silicon-based civilization broke out. The war ended with humanity's defeat and subsequent exile. When the earth's spacecraft failed to impact the dome of the solar system for the 147th time, a voice from a high-dimensional civilization came: "Insects, please don't leave!" They finally understood that the entire galaxy might be a prison.
