An Ugly Book

As the Xiongnu mission entered Chang'an, all the dust-laden secrets came out. Feng Tang, the director of Zhonglang, took orders at the critical moment and assembled an investigative team belonging to the Sixth Division: the county magistrate Cao Yu who was familiar with Lifang, the Northern Army commander who worked well, the Southern Army captain with iron-clad military discipline, and the spies and civil servants who traveled the dark side. They each have their own positions and thoughts, and they pursue the truth between the struggle for power in the court and the internal strife among the Huns.
