Liu Bei, together with Dalang and Shitou brothers, broke into Shanghai, aiming directly at the underground bank disguised as Tongtai Bank, intending to steal the gold and live happily. A swift and bloody raid was successfully carried out, but fate suddenly changed direction. It was January 28, 1932, and the Songhu War suddenly broke out. The incident occurred adjacent to Dachang Railway Station. The three people, who longed for freedom, were accidentally involved in the war. The former free-wheeling desperadoes were trapped in the smoke and could only struggle in the cracks of troubled times, trying their best to find a way out.
