Douluo: Heavenly Frost Sword and Childhood Sweetheart Qian Renxue

Wu Qingkong transmigrates to Douluo Dalu and awakens the Heavenly Frost Sword as his Martial Soul. He also has a grandfather who is a Limit Douluo.

Unfortunately, his grandfather fails to inherit the Asura God Trial and loses all his cultivation. As a result, the Wu family withdraws from the world and settles in seclusion on the outskirts of Heaven Dou Imperial City, far from the conflicts of the continent.

To make ends meet, Wu Qingkong runs a small restaurant.

He thinks his life will go on peacefully like this.

Then, three years ago, his grandfather Wu Changming passes away.

On his deathbed, Wu Changming pulls out a marriage contract!

Wu Qingkong takes one look and is stunned!

“My betrothed is Qian Renxue of Spirit Hall?!”

Wu Qingkong knows that Qian Renxue and Spirit Hall will eventually be brought to justice by God King Tang San. He doesn’t dare get involved.

Besides, he and Qian Renxue have never even met.

He makes his decision on the spot: “I’m calling off the engagement!”

As it happens, his good friend Qian Qinghe, who grew up alongside him, also has a marriage contract arranged by his grandfather.

Qian Qinghe immediately declares, “I decide my own life. I’m calling off my engagement too!”

After three years of mourning, Wu Qingkong leaves the wooden house where he has lived in seclusion for years.

The name of the Heavenly Frost Sword resounds across the continent.
