Also known as The Gourmet of the Cthulhu World and My Girlfriends All Seem to Have Problems

[Multiple Heroines] [Not Strictly Lovecraftian]

[Evolution successful. Choose your evolutionary branch!]

[Option One: Keratinized Skin (Deep One): Your skin becomes covered in fish scales like a Deep One's. Your speed underwater increases dramatically, and your resistance to curses improves.]

[Option Two: Bodily Fluid Glands (Shoggoth): Some of your bodily fluids will be just like a Shoggoth's. They're useless, but they stink.]

[Option Three: An Unspeakable Organ Blessed by the Black Goat's Mother (An organ blessed by the mother goddess who governs the power of life's creation. It may prove remarkably useful in certain ways.)]

Many years later, as Luo Xia sits at the edge of the universe and looks down upon the world, he hears the people chanting his titles.

Lord of Gluttony, Hunter of the Eternal Night, End of Evolution, Unspeakable Gourmet, Father of the Black Goat, Conqueror of Nyarlathotep...

Wait! What the heck are those last few titles?!
