A Ghost Beside the Pillow

A strange, suspenseful plot with philosophical musings and comedic moments, incorporating folk taboos and legends.

Perhaps the people we were ten years ago and the people we are now are no longer the same. Maybe we “died” long ago.

Ghosts possess the weak, while Buddhas let the good suffer. Burning incense to invite the gods can summon ghosts too: you call for a god, but a ghost comes instead. Look after yourself and keep out of other people’s affairs.

There must be people around you whose behavior is especially abnormal. Have you ever paid close attention to whether they are human or ghost?

Or have you ever felt that a part of your memory was strangely unfamiliar, as if the person in those memories might not be the same person you are now?
