There Is a Ghost in the House

After illustrator Liang Jianwei moved into an old rental apartment, he was awakened by a knock on the door at 2:17 am for three consecutive nights. The surveillance at the door was empty, the voice-activated light never came on, but the knock on the door was so real that it made the door vibrate. On the fourth night, she saw a face exactly like her own through the peephole. "Liang Jianwei" outside the door was soaked and frightened, and said to her: "Don't believe me in the house." At the same time, the reflection in the mirror inside the room was showing her a smile that didn't belong to her. Neighbor Aunt Zhou repeatedly warned: "If you hear knocking on the door at night, don't open it." But she did not tell Liang Jianwei that the last thing the previous tenant said before he disappeared was - "If I open the door, will that thing in the house never come out?" Liang Jianwei found herself trapped in an inescapable cycle: the shadow outside the door claimed to be "her yesterday", but the reflection inside the house became more vivid day by day. What's even scarier is that she can't remember whether she has opened that door. As the red warning for heavy rain came, water began to seep through the walls of the entire building. Liang Jianwei gradually realized that there was something in that room that was imitating her appearance, borrowing her voice, and getting into her memory, trying to replace her place in reality. The only way to stop this is to find the first door that everyone forgot before the seventh knock.
