Don’t Call Me! I Just Want to Lie Flat

Lin Mo, a young man who wanted to lie flat, only wanted to deliver food and muddle through life. His catchphrase was, “What a pain.” Yet the orders he delivered kept leading him to forbidden places in the city’s shadows: a death hotel where the cycle endlessly restarted, and a funeral home where the mortuary drawers opened by themselves.

Here, ghosts set the rules, and humans became their playthings. While everyone else struggled to survive in terror, Lin Mo yawned and used his too-lazy-to-move, yet astonishingly sharp, mind to spot loopholes in the rules. The beautiful reporter Chen Qian dragged him deeper into the whirlpool, while veteran detective Zhang Zhenguo looked at him with growing unease.

Behind the scenes, a “manager” with a professional smile politely announced, “Guests, please follow the rules of survival.” Deeper still, King Chujiang of the Ten Courts of Hell watched indifferently, regarding this cruel game as a test of selection.

While others fought to survive, Lin Mo just wanted to wrap things up and get back to lying flat. But he gradually realized that the source of all this trouble seemed to have had its sights on him, the person who hated trouble most, from the very beginning.
