The Path of the Ink Soul

On the continent of Mozhou, the power of the written word reigns supreme.

A cultivator can summon the world’s literary energy with a lift of the brush, and determine life, death, status, and rank with a stroke.

Ink-made people, however, are the lowliest consumables in this world. Born to toil, they are simply written anew when they die, and aren’t even worthy of a name.

Ye Xingmo is one such ink-made person.

Until an immortal casually erased him from existence, and his remnant soul fused with a broken pillar no one had ever noticed.

It was no ordinary stone pillar.

It was half of the original brush left behind when heaven and earth were created.

[The world is a book, and we are all characters in it.]

Only when he heard this whisper from the void did he understand that every destiny, every opportunity, every life and death had long since been written by someone else.

If all living beings are ink and brushstrokes, then he will pick up the brush that belongs to him

Rewrite the story, and break out of the book!
