A Dream Journey Through the Underworld

Look at the world today: people are restless, material desires run rampant, the Great Way is fading from view, and conscience is gradually disappearing. Most people chase their immediate self-interest, coveting wealth and beauty, fighting for fame and profit. They commit evil in secret, convinced no one will find out, and speak one way while thinking another, freely slandering others. Countless people treat their own family coldly, break their promises, and show contempt for living things. Everyone believes that death is the end, with no reincarnation, no retribution, and no judgment in the netherworld. So they act without restraint and indulge their wickedness, refusing to believe that divine eyes watch from above or understand that every word and deed brings karmic consequences.
