Fireworks on the Wall of Duliang Ancient City

Duliang Ancient City, now the ancient city of Wugang, Hunan, also known as Duliang, is located at the junction of Hunan, Guangxi and Guizhou provinces. It is known as the "thorough thoroughfare of the three provinces and the important place of Guizhou and Wu". Since the establishment of the county during the Wenjing period of the Western Han Dynasty, it has a history of more than 2,200 years. The novel uses the ancient city wall as a symbolic image throughout the book, and uses the rise and fall of the four fictional families "Chen, Deng, Yang, and Long" as clues to tell the story of this ancient city. The whole book is based on "writing about places, writing about culture, writing about life, and writing about inheritance", focusing on food, beautiful scenery, customs, and daily life of the people.
