Memories of Life

Before I knew it, I was in my early forties. Every time I sit alone and meditate, I can't help but sigh that life is so rushed. I always feel that the years are like running water, and I can't catch it. In the blink of an eye, half a lifetime has passed. For so many years, life has basically revolved around work, repeating similar processes every day, up and down, day after day. Over time, the monotonous life has worn away the freshness of my life, and my mentality has gradually become numb, as if I just live my life mechanically every day. The older I get, the more I miss the past. But if I really want to count the past in detail, I find that many past events have gradually faded out of my mind. The memory has become fragmented and blurred, and many scenes and fragments cannot be remembered clearly. I don't want these past experiences that belong to me to be slowly erased by the years. After thinking about it, I choose to use words to record my life. Write down your past experiences and current state of mind word by word, and use pen and ink to reorganize and deepen the scattered memories. In this way, all the laughter, running, ups and downs in the past will have traces. You can look them up at any time in the future, and you will be able to clearly remember what happened in the past, and prevent those precious past from being quietly diluted by the years.
