The Five Thousand Years of Ancient China: Dragon Veins of the Qinling Mountains

Huaxu opened his veins, Fuxi established rituals, and Shennong tasted hundreds of herbs. Between the Qinling Mountains and the Weishui River, the Chinese ancestors blazed a path of civilization from matrilineal to patrilineal, from tribe to alliance. Gonggong left, Yan and Huang rose together, the Battle of Banquan settled Guanzhong; Xingtian led his troops, Chiyou expanded eastward, and Zhuolu beacon burned Kyushu. The defeated tribal elites were moved to Taosi Temple, built the city of Shimao, controlled the north and protected the east, and started the era of the Five Emperors. The emperor moved the capital, Yao and Shun abdicated, until the huge flood swept the world. Dayu succeeded in controlling the floods, and finally ended his abdication with the power of one man, and opened the beginning of the dynasty of his family and the world.
