Ashes and Iron Spine

Three hundred years after the end of the world, animals mutate, plants grow wildly, and humans awaken to supernatural powers. A young scavenger with no powers, relying on a pair of broken goggles and a heart harder than iron, picked up parts from the ruins, built machines, and built fortresses. He wanted to build a place in this man-eating wasteland where he didn't have to kneel down to survive.
