Journey to the West: Divine Radiance Emperor, Tathagata Calls Me a Freak

After transmigrating into the Journey to the West, Lu Ya became a mixed-blood bird demon. Fortunately, he awakened the System and obtained the Golden Crow bloodline and Ancestral Sorcerer essence blood. As the calamity of the Journey to the West began, Lu Ya drew on the experience of two lifetimes. With his heaven-defying origins, he became sworn big brother to Sun Wukong, and together they wreaked havoc in the Dragon Palace and the Underworld. One day, Taibai Jinxing descended from heaven to invite Lu Ya to join the celestial court. Looking at the radiant host of immortals, Lu Ya said calmly, “I won’t be Bimawen. If I’m taking a post, make me a Great Emperor.” The immortals were instantly enraged. Years later, the great sun blazed overhead, the Three Calamities of Heaven, Earth, and Man descended, and the gods fell. The rebellious celestial officials Yang Jian and Nezha: “Lu Ya is a brother I’m determined to make.” The Jade Emperor: “Quick, quick, go west and invite the Buddha!” Tathagata: “Don’t bother. Inviting me won’t help either.”
