The Sun Never Sets on the Great Ming: I’m Governor-General of North America

Wei Zhao transmigrated to the Great Ming in 1644. He had expected to find the dynasty in its final, turbulent years, but instead he saw a “sun that never sets” empire, its cannons roaring as it conquered one country after another.

He could have become a naval commander, but after offending the powerful, he was exiled to a forsaken enclave in North America. They wanted to see him grovel like a dog.

They thought Wei Zhao would die in that desolate North American outpost, a place without civilization and swarming with pirates.

Then Wei Zhao activated the [Viceroy Simulator]. With half a sack of white rice, he bought himself a chance to live, and led a band of refugees from despair to rise again.

When his fleet crossed the ocean and bombarded the old port, they finally realized in horror that the trash they had once trampled underfoot was now the uncrowned king of the New World.

“Pirates? That was just the road I took to get here. I've cut ties with them now.”

“A viceroy? The Ming emperor begged me to take the post. What, how did you know he only offered it after I showed up with a fleet and a princess?”

“Whether you're a noble or a foreigner, you're all going to die! Fire!”
