“Read a book a hundred times, and its meaning will reveal itself.” Han Chuan had always thought this meant that only by reading something over and over could you truly understand it.

Then one day, he suddenly realized that he seemed to experience books differently.

While looking at a math exam, a man named Ge Jun suddenly said to him, “Even I might not get full marks on these questions.”

While reading Differential Geometry, Su Buqing, founder of the differential geometry school, told him, “To study mathematics well, you generally need to learn four foreign languages.”

While reading Engineering Cybernetics, the kind-faced Mr. Qian spoke up: “Why are you so slow? You're eighteen and still haven't learned calculus?”

Only when these familiar figures, once known to him by reputation, appeared before his eyes through the pages of books did Han Chuan realize that his life had already been changed.

Read a book a hundred times, and its meaning will reveal itself. It turned out that what appeared before him was not knowledge, but the people who created it!
