Living in Venezuela: Starting Out as a Coast Guard Smuggler Hunter!

Matt transmigrated to Venezuela in 2016 and became a junior lieutenant in the Coast Guard’s anti-smuggling unit. The Margarita Coast Guard base he found himself in was full of bad apples! Colleagues who had been corrupt and taking bribes for years! A direct superior who persecuted upright officers! A base commander backed by a Colombian transnational crime syndicate! Fortunately, Matt obtained a golden finger that awarded him points for judging evil and restoring order. He could use the points to draw prizes and claim rewards. He built Tide Prison, established a private army, and became Venezuela’s largest domestic power! “Mr. Matt, following your instructions, we’ve cleaned up the underworld in Caracas.” “According to the New York Times, Margarita Island has been named the safest tourist destination in the Caribbean.” “The president invites you to attend tomorrow afternoon’s press conference.” “The Urabeños/Gulf Clan have sent word that they want to surrender.” Matt raised a hand to stop his subordinate’s report. “Surrender? I’ve said this many times: we don’t accept surrenders from criminals. When it comes to evil, we have to root it out completely!”
