Bad Luck Spell

This book is based on the setting of a novel that I love very much, but the plot must be my own. The male protagonist is Lin Yuan. He has an ordinary family. His father is a small company employee and his mother died young. Lin Yuan has been introverted and sensitive since he was a child, and his grades are above average. However, due to the pain caused by his ability, he has gradually become withdrawn but unable to completely reject others. The ability is a natural "charm curse" - he can actively or passively make others (especially girls) have a strong admiration for him, but every time he uses it or is triggered, the other person's "luck" will drop rapidly, and eventually lead to extreme misfortune (illness, accident, family breakdown, mental breakdown and even death).
