In the United States of the future, technology giants and the government have joined forces to implement a national performance system called the "Kill Line." Every citizen is embedded with a chip, and each person's social security number, credit score, workplace KPIs and even genetic potential are quantified into a comprehensive score - once the "social contribution value" score is lower than the dynamic "kill line", they will lose their jobs, medical insurance, housing loans, be deprived of everything, and finally undergo "human gene recycling".
