I Fished in the Two Offices

Eastern spiritual energy and Western elements were originally two completely unrelated worlds. However, the two worlds were forcibly merged under an unknown force, and the world wills of both sides were mutually exclusive, thus starting a ten-thousand-year-long dispute. The long-lasting war gradually weakened the will of the two worlds, and finally ushered in a short and fragile peace when both sides were overwhelmed. In the middle of the two realms, there is a natural chasm that separates them, called 'Ember'. This is a gray area born when the wills of the two worlds conflict. There are countless dead souls infected by 'embers' and turned into monsters. Because they were born from resentment, they are called 'embers'. In order to maintain the order of the two worlds, people set up the 'Two Worlds Office' at the border of 'Ember'. Our story begins in this 'office'.
