The story tells that in 2040, four members of the "Eye of Odin", a top NATO special operations team - Captain "Father" Reykjavik, sniper "Poet" Lu Chen, Communications Officer "Echo" Amina, and Demoman "Anvil" Andrei - accidentally implanted a set of quantum entanglement sensing matrices during a top-secret mission. From then on, the senses of the five people are linked through a network: the tremor of Lu Chen's fingertips when he pulls the trigger will be synchronized with the stinging of Amina's eardrums; the impact of the explosion felt by Andre will be transformed into snowflake noise on Reykjavik's retina; and every moment of death on the battlefield will be permanently imprinted on everyone's nerve endings in the form of "sensory flashbacks". Through the setting of this "sensory community", the novel transforms the philosophy of war into a tangible and tangible physical reality. The timeline of the story extends from 2040 to 2085, and the space spans the Syrian desert, the Arctic ice cap, the stratosphere and near space, and the Mariana Trench. The core conflict is not between ourselves and the enemy, but between the boundaries of the senses and the disintegration of the self - when you can share the death of your teammates, how do you define your own survival?
