Master of the Vast Reversal

The Liu family, an ancient clan that had stood for ages in the vast Immortal Realm, gave birth to an unparalleled prodigy. Thousands bowed in worship as an extraordinary omen appeared: purple qi swept east for thirty thousand miles. Countless forces across the vast Immortal Realm grew uneasy, fearing the balance of power would be shattered. The Liu family was betrayed by its allies and besieged by several factions. When the protagonist, Liu Lin, was still an infant, a deadly poison struck him, eroding his peerless constitution until only a trace remained, hidden away. His father fed him a divine elixir to keep him alive and had several guards escort him away from the pursuers, while he and his wife fought to the very end. The guards fled to the forsaken land known as the Tianchu Continent. They hid Liu Lin and gave their lives to draw the pursuers away. A local man, Liu Canglan, found and adopted him, setting him on the path to becoming a generation's Sword God.
