Star Garden: The Source of Life

Scientists Yan Junyi and Yin Su take part in the "Insect Cocoon Transfer" project to save their adopted daughter, Wang Ya, who has a terminal illness. The project digitizes a person's consciousness and stores it in a "stone tablet," ready to be implanted once a new body has been cloned. But the technology has a fatal flaw: memories may be lost at random. Meanwhile, resistance fighter Xu Shouyi secretly develops a super AI called "Tree Branch," hoping to overthrow the Alliance's rule. Three families, spanning three generations, are swept up in the tides of technology and power, forced to confront the same question: when life can be "backed up," can love still be remembered?
