The Primordial Mosquito Taoist: I Have Quite a Few Avatars

A wisp of a soul from the future transmigrates into a six-winged black mosquito in the Sea of Blood, taking human form before the Calamity of Ferocious Beasts.

At that time, the primordial chaos had only just begun to open, and the calamity had yet to emerge.

Opening his eyes in the depths of the Sea of Blood, he gains the remnants of the origins of the two Demon Gods of Karma and Fate.

From then on,

anyone bound by karma is his to devour.

Anyone touched by fate is his to replace.

And so the calamities of the primordial world become nothing more than his feeding grounds.

During the Calamity of Ferocious Beasts, he becomes Taotie, serving at the side of Shen Ni. He devours countless beasts to help Shen Ni become emperor, then transforms into the Ancestor of the Five Elements, commanding the five primordial energies that emerged when Heaven and Earth first separated. He establishes the Five Elements Dynasty and watches as the ferocious beasts are wiped out.

During the Dragon-Han Calamity, he becomes Daoist Qian Kun and lays his pieces across the calamity.

As Luo Hou and the three clans of dragons, phoenixes, and qilins fight a bloody battle at its height, and Hong Jun forces Luo Hou to swear an oath, he quietly takes the Godslayer Spear and claims the Twelfth-Grade Destruction Black Lotus.

During the Witch-Demon Calamity, he belongs to both sides. By day, he is a demon god, drinking from the Heavenly River. By night, he is a great shaman, eating the soil of Mount Buzhou.

Three tenths of both clans' accumulated strength ends up in his belly.

In the Purple Cloud Palace, Hong Jun lectures on the Dao.

In the form of Ming He of the Sea of Blood, he takes one of the six grand seats. Among the three thousand guests, who could recognize him as the mosquito that once dwelled in the Sea of Blood?

When humanity first rises, he becomes the Ancestor of Writing. As Cang Jie creates characters, he studies their shapes; from the River Chart and Luo Book, he draws out their meaning.

From then on, he too claims a share of humanity's fortune.

Then the Investiture of the Gods begins, and the calamity rises once more.

He transforms into the Mosquito Daoist, devours the Holy Mother Gui Ling, and swallows the Twelfth-Grade Lotus Platform.

At this moment, all his incarnations across the ages return to their rightful places.

The Devouring Law reaches perfection, and karma and fate are entirely in his grasp.

He proves himself a Primordial Supreme Great Golden Immortal.

He stands above the Sea of Blood, his six wings beating gently.

The primordial world falls silent before him as he roams freely through the Great Void,
