Chi Yang Ji: Blood Oath

In the fifth year of Yonghe's reign, Jiehu's iron hoofs trampled the Central Plains to pieces. Li Daoyun, the daughter of Xiangcheng's escort chief, had her family ruined and everyone died. She bit her fingertips by the Zhang River and made a blood oath: "I will kill the stone tiger and protect my people." From a prisoner in the Jie Palace to the owner of the Chiyang Manor, she tore up her blood oath of revenge, used "protecting the people" as her blade, built up a heroic hall to pass on the cultural heritage, opened up a field of hope to integrate the barbarians and Han people, and supported a pure land in troubled times. She made a pact with the Han orphan Yu Wenjun, broke with Ran Min's ideals, and dealt with Xuan Jing's conspiracy. She carried the tripod as a woman and walked the thorny road between hatred and symbiosis. When Yu Wenjun and Lu Long died in battle, she erected a monument without words to honor his ambition; when Ran Min killed Hu Kuangbiao, she stopped the indiscriminate killing with her life; when Xuan Jing incited chaos, she resolved the opposition with tolerance. From being imprisoned in purgatory to guarding the community and passing on salary, Li Daoyun spent his whole life practicing his original intention of "protecting lives rather than killing indiscriminately", allowing the Chiyang spirit to transcend ethnic barriers. In the end, she freezes the memory of the troubled times with "Blood Ember Record", inherits the iron rules and continues her ambition to protect the people, and leaves the eternal light of the red sun for the dark era in the vision of Zhangshui's tranquility and peace.
