Paperweight

The bluestone paperweight with the word "Shou" followed the young Chen Yan from the bookstore to the beacon room. The broken scrolls are soaked in blood and tears, and the stone patterns hide the troubled times. I was once laughed at and could not stop swords and guns, but finally I saw that it suppressed candlelight and protected a city. When the library was rebuilt, children wrote "home" under it, and the word "shou" on the stone shone brightly - it turned out that what was suppressed was never the paper, but the people in the words, the bones reborn from the broken pieces.
