Great Tang: Reborn as Bai Ze, Bestowing Auspiciousness on Little Sizhi from the Start

After transmigrating to the Primordial World and becoming the top-tier auspicious beast Bai Ze, Bai Yuan had planned to lie low until the end of time. But a sudden mist swept him into the Tang Dynasty. Lost all his magic power? No problem. He still had the passive power of auspiciousness, with its unparalleled healing ability. He had only wanted to find a patch of grass for a nap, but ended up finding a lost human toddler. The little Princess Xi Zi was soft and squishy, shivering from the cold because of her congenital fetal toxin. Bai Yuan's heart softened, and he reluctantly lay down to become her glowing, temperature-controlled body pillow. With that, he became the Tang princess's full-time nanny for good. Little Xi Zi rolled around on his soft belly. “Deer-deer big brother, my tummy's hungry! I want sweet fruit!” To fatten up the picky little girl, Bai Yuan scraped out a huge iron pot with his claws and stir-fried a meal. Xi Zi smacked her lips and cheered. “Deer-deer big brother's meat is the yummiest!” To get her to sleep, he drew pictures with twigs and told her fairy tales. After moving into Taiji Palace, his daily routine was carrying Xi Zi all over the imperial palace while she played. Her babyish voice could always be heard urging him on from behind. “Let's go! Deer-deer big brother, let's get cakes from the imperial kitchen!” And as a bonus, the auspicious energy he gave off not only quietly changed Xi Zi's fate of dying young, but also cured Empress Zhangsun of her chronic, deadly respiratory illness, wiping out the Tang Dynasty's greatest regret. Seeing his wife and daughter radiant with health, Li Shimin was moved to tears, while the entire court let their imaginations run wild. Li Shimin: “The divine beast saved my Guanyinbi and Xi Zi. Heaven truly favors the Tang Dynasty!” Bai Yuan rolled his eyes. What are you all staring at? I never meant to protect the nation's fortune. I'm just focused on raising a child!
