Introduction to the Real Records of the Rise and Fall of the Three Kingdoms (based on official history, not "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms") The Three Kingdoms (184-280) was a period of division between the fall of the Eastern Han Dynasty and the reunification of the Western Jin Dynasty, when Cao Wei, Shu Han, and Sun Wu were the three pillars. It was based on official history, and there were no fictitious plots such as Taoyuan sworn friendship, empty city strategy, or straw boat borrowing arrows. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the Yellow Turban Uprising broke out, the court lost control, and the heroes broke up. After Dong Zhuo's chaos, the world was divided. In the Battle of Guandu in 200, Cao Cao defeated Yuan Shao with the weak and the strong, and gradually unified the north. In the Battle of Chibi in 208, the combined forces of Sun and Liu defeated Cao's army with a fire attack. Cao Cao retreated to the north, and the prototype of the three-part world was established.
